Forms of Treatment

In my practice, I incorporate evidence-based treatments on a virtual platform to help you achieve your goals. Therapy (also known as psychotherapy) should be tailored to the needs of the client (you). Depending on these needs, therapy can be short-term or long-term.

The focus of treatment, frequency of sessions, length of treatment, and cost are all decided on an individual basis based on individual needs, which will be discussed in the first several sessions.

Benefits of Psychotherapy

Common benefits of psychotherapy include better development of daily coping skills, better communication with others, overall improvement of interpersonal relationships, improved emotional and behavioral regulation, improved sleep/sleep hygiene, increased feelings of empowerment and self-reliance, and reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety (or other presenting problems).
